Certificate of Alien Registration
Summary
This is a service of issuing a certificate of alien registration to foreign residents that is equivalent to a certificate of resident registration issued to Korean residents. The certificate includes the name, alien registration number and current address of the applicant.

Required Documents
In-person application
Foreigners can request the issuance of the certificate by visiting any city hall, county hall, gu office or community service center regardless of their place of residence and submitting their valid alien registration card.
Application by agent
The agent should submit his or her identification card together with a copy of the alien registration card (or signed power of attorney) of the principal applicant.
